Even if we have an extra 24 hours to the 24 hours we have now, we will still end up missing the deadline or even worse, we will still think that 48 hours a day is not enough as long as we haven’t learnt the act of time management.

Yeah... I totally agree with you on this.
I think what we should understand first is the concept of time management. Without that, even if we're given the whole time, some persons will still end up messing up the time without achieving anything at the time.

Btw... I also do wish, we had extra one hour to the 24hours, maybe just maybe I'd use it to rest as you said.
