Banks still function like in the old age. I went to the bank for credit and I had to stay 1 hour and sign 20 documents just for them to evaluate if I can take the credit. In the end I didn't need it, but staying there one hour and flushing paper documents in front of me seemed like the stone age.

I agree that banks are still working old way and in this era of AI they must adopt tech and evolve their way of working.
