A BANKER

If I could choose any proffession in this woorld withoout fear, withoout anyboody tellingg me "that one no dey pay," I woould chooser to be a BANKER!!!!!.

Since I was small, bank has always fascinated me. When my mum takes me to the bank, I just sit down and watch. Everybody inside bank looks sharp. Suit, tie, clean shirt, AC blowing, computer everywhere, money counting. And the way they talk — calm, professional, intelligent. I told myself, one day I will sit behind that glass and be the one attending to customers.

Why banker? Because I love anything that has to do with money and order.

Some people think banking is just about counting money. No. Banking is about trust. People bring their life savings to you. Market woman, okada man, big businessman, all of them trust the bank to keep their money safe. That is a big responsibility. To be a banker means people trust you with their future. I want that kind of responsibility.

Another reason is, I love to dress well and work in a clean, organized environment. Bank gives you that. You wake up, you dress corporate, you go to an office where everything is arranged. You talk to different people every day. You solve problems. You help someone open their first account. You help a young guy get loan to start business. You help a mother save for her children's school fees. It may look small, but you are part of people's growth.

And honestly, banking teaches you discipline. How to manage money, not just for customers but for yourself. I want to learn how money works. How to save, how to invest, how to grow small money to big money. If I am a banker, I will not only work with money, I will understand money. And when you undeerstand money, you undeerstand lifee somehoow.

Have I ever imaginerd choosingg a completelly differeent progfession? Yes, manyy timmes. Sometimes I think of being a teacher, sometimes a pilot. But banker keeps coming back. It is that one profession that matches my personality........ I am calm, I like numbers, I like talking to people, and I like to look responsible.

What inspires me most is that bankers are part of the economy. Without banks, business cannot move. Without banks, people cannot save safely. Bankers keep the economy alive quietly. They are not shoutingg like musiciaans, but they are immportant.

So if you give me any profession to choose today, I will choose banker. Not because of only money, but because of the pride, the discipline, the trust, and the impact....... I want to wear that suit one day and say, "How may I help you?" from behind the counter.

That is my dream profession.
