Question 1:

Yes, there are plots with just 1 m² size - we thought for a vending machine or something like that - integrating some simple mechanism like selling token, goods, items. But because every space exists only one once there is a limited amount of these plots.

We will increase the amount of plots as the game, the game world and player amount grows, but we will care for that the market never will be flooded with empty plots. We will release them in waves with aiming to have a little to less plots. So the demand should be higher than existing plots - you get the idea behind. If we always success to manage the market in this position is questionable and hard, but you get what we aim for: stable/raising prizes for the plots (not only when you like to sell them later maybe).

Up from this are market stands with 4/6/9 m². Here you have more space to express. Of course up to sizes of 10.000 m². I don't know which kind of business you like to integrate - in every case a great idea!

When you buy a plot, we get in touch and plan your needs and how we can integrate it in the best way. So we calculate the income of the SQM selling for integrating your ideas and needs into the game experience. For every size we try to bring in the manpower at the best point. This is why vending machines are more or less prefabricated in form, the 4/6/9 m² are some kind of modular and able to do a lot of stuff - I mean imagine what you can express on a 3x3 market hut and we prepare the needed 3D elements which you need. (Selling music NFTs? We create record boxes. Maybe with some merch? Great! Selling art NFTs? We put in displaying image frame for your images. And so on.) On bigger plots the prize (lastly our income) is different and we are able to talk almost everything - because we are able to finance the needed manpower to integrate this. Our objective is not to get rich out of that, but we have to finance the work behind and can secure that we will bring the best out of it - best fitting to your needs.

I don't know what kind of business you are aiming for. So I don't know if it is more like a simple selling task or a education/trade/exchange center for mining and investment tokens. The first one is simple and easy to integrate and fits, for example, into a vending machine. The second is maybe a to much effort for a 2x2 market stand.

Question 2:

Yes, you can do that. We don't mind when somebody buys several land plots. When it's not to dominating, we are fine with that. This for sure can create good side effects for the land owner
