[@PowerPaul:] I thought so all the time, too. And maybe my own observation is wrong, but: A few days ago I think I saw that the value gets counted only 50 per cent when you vote in the last moments? I don't want to claim this, but I was very baffled when I voted things within the last hour(s) and asked myself "Hey you voted this, where is the value of it?", checked and saw just a value of 50%?(?).
If you like, you can try it anywhere and tell me your observation...
