At the start of the event, on 06/12/2021, I invested 400k STARBITS buying card packs of 12 by 12 until I obtained the event card S27 Christmas choir, with which it was possible to do the quest of Christmas event 2021. Currently said card It costs 17k STARBITS but in those days the price was around 40-60k STARBITS, as can be seen in the following screenshot obtained from the Rising star discord.

I honestly take these events as an excuse to buy card packs, because if I get the event card in a few pulls I won't spend much on STARBITS, and if I have to make many more pulls to get it then at least I will get some cards to increase my collection. and my fans. Sabiendo que las cartas de evento se venden a casi el triple de eso, me sale más rentable estar todo el día farmeando cartas de evento que STARBITS. La única desventaja que hacer esto tiene es que no gano EXP durante un mes x_x.

Otro punto a tomar en cuenta es que para farmear sin parar es necesario tener un gran repertorio de Cold Pizza Slices. En mi caso, en el evento de halloween tuve mucha suerte y obtuve una carta de evento en mi primera tirada de 100k STARBITS, con lo cual me fue fácil recuperar mi inversión farmeando los NFT del evento, los cuales vendí para así ir comprando Cold Pizza slices para farmear más y más. Gracias a lo anterior, en este evento solo tuve la necesidad de comprar 1 trozo de pizza.

Al día siguiente luego del snapshot del airdrop, me tocó comprar los STARBITS a casi 0.0001 HIVE, lo cual si no parece mucho, 1kk de starbits a 0.000090 serían 90 HIVE, y a 0.0001 serían 100 HIVE, 10 HIVE cuestan unos 14$. Así que sé que no fui el único que decidió liquidar sus STARBITS temporalmente xD.

Anyway, December is over, and the snapshot for the airdrop is already taked, I hope that little by little the price of STARBITS will recover. For now I will hold my NFT's and maybe liquidate them later on, I was thinking of doing it these days to buy cards or packages in the general sale of Chaos legion in splinterlands, but I am positive about #Risingstar and seeing what it cost 2 years ago, I think that between now and December 2022 it can go even higher than it is worth today :).
