✨ Riverland, Mrežnica ✨ one of the many gems of my beautiful Croatia/1

While wandering through my folders looking for spring photos, I came across a beautiful collection of photos that I haven't published yet, with which I could show you a little more of the beauty of my country.

So, let's get into this beauty.

Somewhere between greenery and forests, where the river whispers stories, I found a place that takes my breath away – Riverland on Mrežnica.
Turquoise water, hanging bridges, small wooden shelters and the feeling as if time has stood still. Nature here is not just a backdrop – it is the main actor.

Incidentally, this place and the Mrežnica River itself are located near Karlovac, a city of four rivers. Mrežnica, one of them, rises near Slunj in Kordun and flows into the Korana near Karlovac. It is 64 km long and has a beautiful emerald green color that at certain moments turns blue.

The day spent in Riverland was full of silence, laughter and that true peace that you rarely find anywhere else.
If you are looking for a place where the soul can rest and the heart can be filled – this is it. 🌿💧
