Estos topes se han vuelto más comunes en los deportes de equipos, ya que es una forma eficiente de entrenamiento tanto para sus técnicas como para sus nervios en cuestión psicológica.

Les cuento que ganó el femenino de voleibol, con una diferencia de 4 tantos en el último set.
Pero además de la competencia se logró el objetivo de entrenamiento, y no existió ningún incidente en cuanto a lesiones o contusiones.
