I love food o but I eat in small portions as I easily get full, and it's been like that since I was a child. Large food portions scare the death out of me. šŸ˜‚ Weird, right?

About exercising to keep fit, I really suck at that, lol. It hasn't been easy to discipline myself about it. I always use the excuse of my slimness but then slimness isn't fitness.

Well, I walk a lot and that's an added advantage but I still need to do more.
Maybe dance more, like you or just anything because old age is around the corner. šŸ˜…

😃😃😃 she's just like my sisters. No matter how much they eat, you won't notice it in their body. I really wish to have that kind of body. Hahaha šŸ˜€

I have tried to learn how to eat in small portions but I find myself going to add more inside my plate 😃😃😃 I guess I'm already used to it, since my childhood oo šŸ™ƒ

Yeah, walking is an added advantage and it's very good.
