Some Fun Rock and Roll for this Three Tune Tuesday

I guess the banner I generated already gave away the theme of the day? It is Tuesday and as always I'll delve into some fun music to make your day a bit more interesting and hopefully a little more fun. My song selection today was done rather quickly, as I was busy earlier with a medical test which is always a lot of fun... meh...

Metallica

First off this one was inspired by @geneeverett 's TTT from today. He had some great songs and one was Metallica... Thanks Gene!

This band from Los Angeles got their start in 1981 and quickly became a favorite on the hard rock/heavy metal scene. The "black" album from 1991 made them one of the biggest bands in the world with songs like "Sandman". But one of my favorite albums has always been from 1986, Master of Puppets. This is the lead track from that album played live in Manchester, England in 2019. They still sound as good as ever with "Master of Puppets".

Slipknot

This band from Des Moines, Iowa formed in 1995 and grew in popularity quickly after the release of their first album in 1999. They have a driving beat and great guitar riffs, and just a lot fun to listen to. I thought this would be a great way to follow up some Metallica. This song comes off their fourth album All Hope is Gone from 2008 and is called "Psychosocial".

Alice Cooper

This entertainer launched his career back in 1964 and is considered the Godfather of Shock Rock. His shows are elaborate stage shows with props and illusions. He is true showman in addition to a vocalist. He also happens to be a great warmup for Halloween since it's coming in a month. After I saw @seckorama 's Psychobilly TTT I knew I had to throw in something to fit the genre as well!

This song comes off his 1975 album and is called "Welcome to My Nightmare". I was discussing with @bozz last time I shared some Alice Cooper and he mentioned just how tame this old hard rock music is compared to today. He's completely right! But enjoy, this one is a lot of fun!
