Mexican Radio I have sung a gazillion times over the years, but I couldn't tell you who sang it! Now I know. Mrs T just popped up with Wall of Voodoo and started singing it again!
Border Blaster stations how funky and I never knew about them at all.
Will listen to Stan Ridgway as I don't recall hearing his solo stuff.

I think his solo stuff is better, he's a fun artist. He was more popular in Europe than the US which is funny. He likes putting a story in his songs which makes them interesting.
Border blaster still exist on AM out of Mexico, it's easy to find pretty much everywhere in the US since the signal is so strong. I use satellite radio usually, haven't used AM in probably 20 years! lol

I’ve always loved that eighties tune! Before I knew of any punk roots, and knew it only as a hit eighties song. Very interesting how we find out after digging some big hits are from individuals who began in the underground punk scene. !PIZZA !DOOK
