Hello, Hivers! Like I promised, I’m here again with a post after two days. Well, it’s Three Tune Tuesday and it’s just some minutes to Wednesday, but I have to give it a go because I really do want to share some of the songs I’ve been vibing to recently.
This is week 82 of ttt. If you don’t know about Three Tune Tuesday, here’s the jist from @ablaze:
Every Tuesday I'm going to share 3 songs which I like to listen to and I invite your feedback in the comments below. Better still, why not have a blast of your own Three Tune Tuesday and mention me in the post and I'll come and find the post and upvote it. If you could also use #ttt or #threetunetuesday tags that would be great. It'll be a sweet way for us all to discover new music. You'll also be in with a chance of winning the prize - more on that later.
Mayonaka no Doa is Japanese singer, Miki Matsubara’s debut single that was released on November 5, 1979. How did I discover the song? Well, I stumbled on it while scrolling through short anime clips on Pinterest. There was this video I was watching which was a compilation of scenes from anime movies, and the song was used for the video. Well, the chorus caught my attention and I had to go over it again and again to learn just that part. Even though I didn’t know the meaning of the words, I liked the melody, so I went in search of the title and added it to my playlist on Spotify.
Actually, the song from the short video wasn’t Miki Matsubara’s voice. When I searched for the song and found the original, I preferred the less funky version from the short video, so I searched for a cover that sounded similar to the first one I heard and that was how I found Andrian Yang’s cover. I fell in love with it. It’s a sad song about lost love, but when you listen, especially to the original by Miki Matsubara, it’s upbeat sound and catchy chorus will lift your spirits. The song has resurfaced becoming an international hit, having gathered millions of views on YouTube and become a TikTok sensation. You should check out Andrian Yang’s cover to find out why.
It’s a pleasure having to share these songs that are close to my heart. I want to know what you think about them in the comment section. What do you think about Japanese songs in general and Indian songs in general? I am interested in your opinions. You can also recommend other non-English songs and I’ll check them out.
Till next time, guys. Ciao!.

Wow.... Andrian Yang - he has a great voice and plays very nicely too, had never heard this before and it was a real treat.
Lipstick Message/Rouge no Dengon is really nice too - I can see why you are vibing the Japanese songs..
🤗It feels so good knowing you like Adrian Yang’s cover and you think Rouge no Dengon is nice. Thanks for checking them out and giving me feedback. I really do appreciate.
No problem at all, keep them coming for #ttt
