This honey cake is a bit more refined than the traditional honey cake, but still super close taste wise to the original version. Original version usually doesn't include black currant filling, and is a bit more bold tasting and buttery. Thanks for the recipe. We will definitely give this a try and if it comes out correctly will do a post on this lol. I also like black currants so maybe we make two.
