There are some actively exercising people who argue that basically anything that is attached to the body (except clothing for exercise) hinders them. 🤔 I think it's about personal preference when it comes to exercising. 🤓 !LUV !CTP
I understand the point of view that anything can hinder when people are looking for performance and results. People that are going jogging just because they like it and are not looking for a certain pace or time don't even get hindered from holding their phone in their hand... !LOL
