Your actifit is counting, mine isn't counting, since on Tuesday.

My settings is quite extreme for actifit I used my old phone specifically for actifit only, and you can change the settings to aggressive background also while you're using actifit try to put on airplane mode so the phone can concentrate on actifit app only. I do this because it's always doesn't count your steps.

So I just forced the phone to do only one thing also don't forget to clean the phone cache and clean the phone itself with brushes so there is no dust to prevent further problems hope it helps good luck 🤞
