Does she have fewer? If it's just some cold without fewer she could still go... Or if not high fewer in a week she should be more than ok🤔

No she is completely laid up and does have a low grade fever. She wouldn't be able to handle 12+ hour days hiking the mountain in this kind of condition unfortunately...
