Not sure how to get that enjoyment anymore been trying to find it. But I get confused why joy doesn't matter for these past few years only now I get paralyzed doesn't make sense.

With deep heartbreak, there is often an intense focus on some endeavor, taking focus totally off the pain. That works fine for a while, but humans aren't designed to live in a deadened, shut-down state for very long, so at some point passion, purpose, and joy become important again, as the heart begins to heal.😁🙏💚✨🤙
