Yes, a lot more productive. In the office I go to work out for an hour, spend about two hours socializing with people even if I don't want to as they always come over for a chit chat. I am also tired from a two hour commute to Seattle...
That makes sense. My office is generally just me, so that doesn't happen too often. And people don't come in to chitchat, but to ask questions or for a quick hand. That's why I thought it was weird that you're less productive in the office, but now I get it :-D
