It worked out well in the end, and that's what matters!
The meat looked great, especially the tenderloin. What a great looking meal, and that turnover to finish things off. It looks awesome.
Chickens are bred to produce large breast meat these days, selective breeding much like dogs. That's why there are so many breeds. It is nice to get the extra protein though isn't it?

Yeah, I don't really mind with the chicken, but it is a bit scary to think about how they are able to accomplish that!
You know that turkeys can't reproduce naturally anymore? At least the one raised on farms, they are all artificially inseminated. Apparently they are to large now to do the deed themselves! lol
