We are having 100mph winds today. Last night we had a red alert and got a warning on our mobile phones which was a first.
It is cold but still above freezing. I hope it warms up over there.

I hear everyone in the UK got a bit of a fright when that message went off. 😂😂. We got Eowyn the day before you . Was a bit gusty alright .
Yeah wife got the text and picked her phone, the next thing mine's goes off and some wifey starts reading out the warning!
Hope you were ok. It missed us,so by the time it made across to the East of Scotland in Fife it was just a few gusts of winds, just like a normal windy winters day really.
