This is definitely not our style of seafood... I wouldn't go to a place like this, because seafood has to be done just right.

I just don't eat too much seafood in general. I wish I ate more, I don't hate salmon, but it isn't something I would ever order when I go out. I can't really say why.
I think because salmon has to be cooked the day it is caught, or next day otherwise it is junk :)
