That thing must weigh a "ton". It doesn't look that big, but it must be all steel to take all of you to lift it. Glad you had a good time. That is what is all about. The burgers and dogs still looked great and the strawberry shortcake looks and sounds amazing.
I just got a new grill for Father's Day and cooked something besides hamburgers and hotdogs for the first time on one. It is a PitBoss. I want to start experimenting more with it, but the weather just hasn't been cooperating too much.

I've heard a lot of good thing about the PitBoss brand. Congrats on that! I think this is mostly ceramic and metal as you said. I'd guess it weighs a good couple hundred pounds. Our weather has been rough too.
Yeah, we are getting more crap weather now and through the weekend, along with this bad air from the fires from Canada. Puts a damper on the cookout plans.
