Discovering nature vibe, Mandahunog spring and cave in Antequera, Bohol, Philippines🍃

Hello everyone to my fellow Hivers, friends, and followers especially to the active lovely members of @discovery-it Community ☺️ it's me again @clarabels and for today's discovery blog, I am thrilled to share with you about this nature vibe Mandahunog Falls here in Antiquera, Bohol Philippines 🇵🇭 and without further Ado let's go ❤️☺️

This morning, my husband and I planned to go for a swim at a waterfall, since he had to return to work by tomorrow, given the intense heat, we set off traveling going the falls right away. When I arrived at the place, there was an abundance of trees, and we were immediately greeted by the caretaker. I was amazed how wonderful the nature is, and I took some photos too☺️.

It is located at Barangay Tabuan, Antequera, Bohol and I discovered that because of the abundance of trees here, many birds have made their home here, along with butterflies and monkeys that keep climbing up and down the tree trunks.

Mandahunog Spring and Cave is absolutely perfect for those who want peace and quiet; the water is incredibly cold water perfect for beating the summer heat🍃.

While swimming in the spring, I discovered that its water source is connected to Mag aso Falls. The water is heavily utilized by local residents for daily needs such as doing laundry and is also used by local government fire trucks to extinguish fires.

My husband also had his picture taken with this view, and we realized that the only sounds to be heard were the rushing overflowing water and the wind blowing through the area some fish were also visible in this area😊.

Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed just swimming around here because of the cool icy water naturally, we ended up talking about our family, and we’ve already planned to bring the whole family here for our next outing☺️.
