Those are some good points. I don't know if I could handle authentic Chinese food. I tried authentic Mexican food once and many of the dishes I wasn't so fond of.

It depends on what region it was from Mexican food is like Italian food. It’s all regional, so it depends on what area you had the Mexican food from, some of it is very blah I agree. But there are regions that the flavors are absolutely amazing.
