i'm watching season 17 of Heartland at the moment and i don't think there is 1 episode in the whole series when tears have not come to my eyes, and yes it is definitely freeing/healing when we let tears flow (but not for attention).

@ecency, when downvoting, when i click the red arrow (android app), no matter that i set the % lower, it jumps to 100% so i have to reset again
