Damian Priest is still the champion

At Backlash France on Peacock and WWE Network, professional wrestler Damian Priest defeated Jay Uso in a traditional man-on-man match to claim the World Heavyweight Championship.

This match was the third match of the WWE Premium Live event held in Lyon Metropolis, France. The crowd-pleasing main contestant attacked from the opening moments, taunting the champion several times. The priest is given space to dominate the fight and hit his opponent.
