The company continues to hold shows without losing sight of the calendar. In the tickets section of the WWE website, Logan Paul posted a poster for a new storyline that will expand the Superstar roster, mentioning SummerSlam on August 3. The new book features five new superstars: Cody Rhodes, Bianca Belaire, The Miz, Jade Cargill and Rhea Ripley. The event logo retains last year's design, including the name of the host city in orange.

The event featured LA Knight winning a battle royal, Cody Rhodes finishing his trilogy with Brock Lesnar, and winning the WWE Women's Championship. Roman Reigns defeated Jey Uso in a tag team match in the main event. The event was attended by a record 51,477 people.
