A nutritious, natural and sweet blend

Making homemade juice makes me happy simply because I am sure of what I am about to consume into my body system. So today it’s all about golden melon juice with pineapple and tiger nut twist. Haha, sounds yummy, right?

Let’s get into the kitchen to see how I made the sweet and natural golden melon juice at home.

Ingredients are:

300g of golden melon fruit

100g of pineapple

70g of tiger nuts

Procedure

The ingredients are few but healthy for consumption, and of course it is naturally made from fresh fruits, as you all can see in the picture.

I rinsed the tiger nut then poured them inside the blender, and then added enough water to blend.

I pour the tiger nut juice inside the sieve and make use of a spoon to stir it until the shaft comes out, then I set it aside.

I cut the pineapple into smaller pieces. I also cut the golden melon into pieces as well on the same plate with the pineapple.

I poured the tiger nut juice back into the blender, then I poured the sliced golden melon and pineapple into it as well.

I blended it again for about 20 minutes.

Then I sieved the juice again to get a perfectly smooth golden melon juice, I threw the shaft away.

I poured the juice in a clean cup for consumption. I didn’t use ice cubes because I can’t take cold drinks for now because of my baby.

Now my golden melon juice is ready.
