The skycraft for my baby

Having children is a beautiful thing because they will be your companion, your best partner and to top it all if you have a baby girl.

I was bored today and my baby girl lightened me up by asking for craft and since I am not doing anything I don’t have a choice than to do it for her. In her school, they have a good craft teacher and she is a good learner as well, while I on the other hand grabbed things easily.

I saw this online so I thought of doing mine too for my kids whenever we are bored at home. And also to make a DIY post because my sister told me I could post something like this on Hive.

Materials
Different cardboards
Scissors
Paper gum
Pen

The process
What I am about to do is call a sky craft, I don't know if such a name exists I just named this for my child.

I cut a white cardboard in a rectangle shape and then gave the edges a different cut as well.

I cut a square shape and then cut each edge which will give me four triangles and then fold one part of each triangle at the back then cut a round shape from the white cardboard and then made use of the paper gum to place it in the middle of the folded triangle.

I cut a straight line with different cardboard and the gum it at the back of the triangle to form the perfect pinwheels.

I drew a sun shape with a pen and then made use of scissors to cut it out, I also drew two small cloud shapes with a pen and then cut them out as well. I cut a round shape in all the colors and then made use of scissors to cut the tip of each round shape into pieces to form a leaf.

I also cut a design but in a rectangular shape to form the group that the pinwheels will stand on.

Now that everything is set, it's time to put them together. I glued the cloud on top of the white cardboard and the sun next to it. I glue the pinwheels under them and another small cloud beside the pinwheels.

I place the beautiful land under the pinwheels then place the leaves on the ground but very close to the pinwheels to cover the down of it. I cut a little half-round shape for the hanger and glued it at the back of the white cardboard, my skycraft is done.

I gave it to my daughter and she loves it so much, and she quickly hung it in front of her wardrobe which shows how much she loves it.
I hope you love it as well

Que linda manualidad. En la escuela nos enseñan muchas cositas, es bonito aprender, así seamos niños o grandes.
