An act of kindness for my friend's daughter.

Hello everyone @diyhub community today i want to share with you all the little kindness i rendered to a beautiful soul.
I made a school skirt uniform for my friend's daughterI knew her mom some years back, she is a single mother
She has been so hard working and she try her best to give her daughter a good life.
Her daughter is a beautiful girl both in character and in behaviour.

What i appreciated most about her was her courage and her love for her daughter.
Despite all she has been through in life,she kept being a nice person and a friendly one.
I knew her daughter was on holiday and she will soon resume school this week,i decided to contribute a little to her.

So i decided to sew her their school skirt uniform
I went to the market i bought the fabric and the things i needed,i came back and was ready for sewing.
I had pre knowledge of the skirt,the colour, style and design.
I also had her measurements,this made the job so easy for me

So i started sewing,the first steps i took was to cut out the size i needed,i ironed it out for easy pleating.

The style was a pleated skirt, so i got some pins and pinned each of the pleating i created and i ironed it to make the pleating stay.

I further sew it through and i fixed the zip and the band and her skirt was ready.
I told her that i had something for her and i wanted to see her,she was excited,i went to their place after service and i delivered the skirt,her mum was over excited and i felt so good when the skirt fitted her perfectly.
I don't know if i have feel so good the way i felt i good seeing the smiles on their faces.
Indeed it was a great one for me.
