Yeah, there are quite a few smaller places that don't bother with IBU's. I think they want you to give it a try before judging it. I always love the color they have, but one sip and I am saying no thank you!

Darn that would be not so good. I missed the start of the whole craft beer craze as we were in Spain for quite a few years, and there it was only your typical lagers.
