Queriendo y haciendo
Ahora puedo decir que sé lo que quiero...
Quiero un clima fresco, poder elegir en mi propia vida.
Quiero continuar aprendiendo, retándome y creciendo.
Quiero ayudar más, apoyar más y quejarme menos.
Quiero prestar atención a cada momento,
saborearlo, vivirlo intensamente, sin la pretensión de retenerlo.
Quiero sostenerme bien en mi barca, aún en medio de la tormenta.
Quiero escuchar atentamente el sonido de las risas, los consejos, y los "te quiero"
Quiero abrazar más, proteger más, consentir más.
Quiero acariciar a mi perro, montar un té, ver el cielo...
continuar así, queriendo y haciendo...
Now I can say that I know what I want...
I want a fresh climate, to be able to make choices in my own life.
I want to continue learning, challenging myself and growing.
I want to help more, support more and complain less.
I want to pay attention to every moment,
savour it, live it intensely, without the pretence of holding on to it.
I want to hold on tight in my boat, even in the middle of the storm.
I want to listen attentively to the sound of laughter, advice, and "I love yous"
I want to hug more, protect more, pamper more.
I want to pet my dog, make tea, look at the sky...
