El valor de lo que permanece

Aunque tengo muy presente que las cosas cambian continuamente, en el mejor estilo heracliteano del concepto, también es cierto que lo que es estable, crece y se mantiene en el tiempo, tiene mucho valor.

Entiendo que eso que se mantiene no es idéntico a la versión original. Como una plantita, puede cambiar de color, de dirección, cada hoja que nace puede es diferente, y las flores brotan, caen y desaparecen. Pero la matita es la misma, y se mantiene. A eso me refiero con el valor de las cosas que perduran.

Actualmente todo es rápido y desechable. Lo que no sirve se bota, lo que no me gusta puedo intercambiarlo por otra cosa. Y aunque esto puede generar placer y satisfacción inmediato, lo verdaderamente valioso para mi está en aquello que es establece, perenne. Pero bueno, estas son solo opiniones personales.
