Del amor y la amistad

Hoy en muchos lugares del mundo se celebra el día del amor y la amistad.
El amor no tiene una única forma de ser vivido, fluye hacia adentro y hacia afuera.
A veces pensamos que se resume a un objeto material, un beso, una palabra. Realmente va más allá.
Puede ser un gesto de sostén en un momento de crisis, un mensaje que diga "te pienso", una canción que te recuerda a una historia compartida con esa persona, una pausa en una rutina agitada, un sacrificio hoy que se refleje en un resultado el día de mañana, una caricia, un susurro, un abrazo que nos podemos dar a nosotros mismos, o a alguien más.

Today, many places around the world celebrate the day of love and friendship.
Love cannot be experienced in just one way; it flows inward and outward.
Sometimes we think it can be summed up in a material object, a kiss, or a word. But it really goes much deeper than that.
It can be a gesture of support in a moment of crisis, a message that says “I'm thinking of you,” a song that reminds you of a story shared with that person, a break in a hectic routine, a sacrifice today that will be reflected in a result tomorrow, a caress, a whisper, a hug that we can give ourselves or someone else.
