Oh dear, I'm so sorry you had this experience and sustained some bruises in the middle of it. But I can tell that the realization you had from it was necessary. Sometimes we think we'll be forever young until our age starts telling on us. But you know what? We can be forever young in our hearts and souls, but also acknowledge that our hands and legs will no longer carry us like they used to.
