RE: Thinking about a "HIVE Volunteer Experience" - as Marketing?

I have been watching with keen interest the work you guys have done over there with the hotel initiative and it's awesome. I couldn't agree less with the thoughts above. First a deep understanding of Hive. Conveying the right values of the Hive based on audience, ongoing mentorship and long-term efforts.

Like you mentioned, the weak point of decentralization is the lack of taking responsibility. In centralised systems, the head of marketing won't bother about production quality but focuses in taking the marketing department to the top. But in web3 like Hive, no one has any clear-cut roles or job objectives and it's a problem. But we could fill in for all those roles especially marketing.

I have always had great interest and pushed the Hive narrative to whoever will listen. I consider myself a volunteer or leader in Hive marketing in my small circle. And would be glad to see more Hive friends take on more marketing responsibilities for the growth of our beloved ecosystem. The potential for growth is always huge
