The #SaturdaySavers programme run with huge dedication and commitment by @shanibeer came to an end with the close of 2025.
But there are a couple of initiatives to keep the motivation going !
I've decided to post them in the BusyBees Community. This is a community set up to support @zakludick's tireless work in encouraging and teaching newer Hive users. Additionally, I'm adding the #SlothlySavers tag and linking my updates in their weekly update post, because that's another place where former #SaturdaySavers are gravitating to.

Here's a screenshot of last week's progress;

I must admit I've been largely absent from Hive this last week, mainly focusing on real life issues at work.
But I've completed a significant milestone in de-Microsofting my life by totally coming off using Outlook to handle and archive emails. Next up is to get shot of OneDrive, but that can wait for a week or five until I can afford a big enough NAS drive to store and backup my files locally rather than in the cloud. Cloud computing is really just "someone else's computer". In the same way we say in crypto "not your keys, not your crypto", when it comes to data I believe it's very much a case of "not your computer, not your files".
The one thing I did do on Hive was to participate in HPUD last Sunday. It was the first of the month, so I powered up 1000 liquid HIVE, pushing my HP over the 19,000 mark.
The price of HIVE has continued to slip slightly, leading to a debt ratio of 23.29%, an increase of 0.51% over last week. The Hive debt support price is at $0.032.
I'm seeing some slight signs of markets stabilising after a few wobbles caused by geopolitical events over the last couple of weeks. With any luck we'll see a slight recovery back to starting positions once the movers and shakers start to think they won't have to make a dash for their billion dollar bunkers.
Hopefully HIVE will recover a bit as well; if it doesn't and stays on the current trajectory, then the first of my stop-loss positions in HiveDex is likely to be triggered in the next week or so.
The other thing I've started to do is automate my curation, using Rafiki Vote. Unlike Hive Vote, it works with Hive Keychain, and is a lot more intuitive. But I've promised myself that I'll still read most of the posts it auto-votes for me (although maybe only a small sample of the hundreds of Actifit ones instead of all of them as I do at present....). It's mostly just a way to reduce donkeywork time and focus my time on more productive processes.
