Yeah it does and I'm pretty sure it will! I got into two police controls last days: police is/was more interested to look, hear and play with the gas, instead of looking under my rear if I have a license plate... Same everywhere else - this is a pretty nice bike for Paraguay. And Paraguayans are very open and not "reserved" or distant as normal people in middle Europe. So this bike grabs attention and you get pretty easy in touch with people - good to promote the blockchain!
