No, I still haven’t been able to have the surgery. It’s very difficult to get an operation here; the healthcare system is practically on the verge of collapse. I’m still waiting for the chance to have the surgery, and in the meantime, I try to avoid any strenuous activity—but the hernia just keeps growing.
And you—have you fully recovered yet?

Yeah... :( It was the same for me... It was slowly growing... :(
Well, I can do most of the things, but I still try to avoid heavy lifting... Also, if I walk faster, I have some pain... Because of the net/red (o malla), I still have numbness in the area, but it is shrinking... I mean, the "numb area" was bigger before, so I hope it will get back to normal in month/two... But, I got used to it...
