You cannot tag same people all the time, it is really annoying for the tagged users, once or twice feels fine but every time, not acceptable. Secondly, you cannot demand a certain percentage of vote, it is users will to how much he like, it is like farming your post.

That's why we want to quit tagging same people all the time as soon as possible and also that's why our daily giveawys will turn in to weekly. Once other 4 giveaways have ended we will stop tagging same users and continue inviting in a different way and that's why inviting others by participants is so important.
About the vote I will think about it... it's just... feels nor fair if someone votes 100% and another votes 50%. Plus, the bigger the pool the bigger the prize.
