Not sure what's happening, when I click on the first video, it's just a short ad, no content. Then I clicked on the link at the moment end of the posts three times, each time it jumped to your video from 4 months ago and kept processing, then finally your latest video came up the third time, but it still took a little while to load.
Tagging @tibfox as well, and fyi, I have good internet connection here

You were too fast to check it out... It was still encoding in the background, and I suppose because of that, all the hoops had happened...
Anyways, maybe something could be done regarding the "preparing the video" time...
Ohhh interesting - I think you just found a bug when the video you wanna watch is still processing in the background. Short after publishing the post it is not ready to play because we are encoding it in the background. Depending on the size and stuff this could take a few minutes.
I read 2 issues from your comment:
That an ad is playing while the video is still processing is definetly not wanted and I just fixed that now - oopsi. The other part of your message is probably related to the autoplay that is active on 3speak.tv by default if I understood your message completely. So the video is showing "processing" and then autoplays to the next video.
While it is a bit silly that the post is uploaded while the video itself is not ready we had a lot more voices complaining that publishing was not immediately. The video creators care more that their post is up and running than that the first viewers will be able to see the video. But I will take that to the team.
