I liked to treat them well and my mother is obsessed with cleaning, they can't be in better hands.
Children have too many distractions to fight now, but also the advantage of access to more books than ever before in history. Giving them your example helps, although it will depend on them if they get hooked on reading. I never saw my parents read with a book and yet I loved to read. My mother scolded me a lot because I even forgot to eat or sleep. 🤣

That is very interesting, I also like to read when I was a kid, but not very good at keeping things. also, I didn't see my parents read a book since my mother is illiterate. It might be book is one of the things that we could get imagination from back then.
Yeah, now the distractions for the children are a lot, especially the digital world, and phones. some are addicted to it, which is the reason why I want my kid to read more. haha
