SlothlySavers week 3 update! The Buzz goes on!
Good evening, buzzers! Happy Thursday, my new favourite day of the week! Why, you ask? Because it's #SlothlySavers club update day!
What better way to keep your buzz alive on Hive than by saving, sloth and steady!
There's never been a better time to join the #SlothlySavers club. After their launch last week they added even more bonuses and rewards for users in their mini-update post over this week! So much buzz! Tribes like ALIVE, PIMP and BBH are getting involved; it's great to see Hive-engine communities working together to keep the buzz on Hive!
Sometimes Hive can get us down, especially if we focus on the negative aspects; however, the potential is still incredible, especially with new Hive websites like SlothBuzz up and coming, with their awesome Shortform section allowing you to interact with all other shortforms on Hive. Plus, not to mention the potential of games like Budbrawlers, which could be integrated with Hive easily in the future!
Time to get on with my savings update! We don't want to sloth too long on it!

HP: 15,000 (4,800 HP Needed)
HBD Savings: 750 (220 HBD Needed)
- Last week's update - Week 2:
HP: 10,215 (4785 HP Required - 0.04% achieved)
HBD Savings: 531 (219 HBD Needed - 0.05% achieved)
- This Week's Update - Week 3:
HP: 10,237 (4763 HP Required - 1% achieved)
HBD Savings: 532 (218 HBD Needed - 1% achieved)
Welp, we're three weeks into 2026, and I'm roughly 1% the way to both my goals. Let's hope I can make a decent buzz over the year and get that number trending upwards. For now, things are sloth but steady, which is key to savings success!
As it stands, I'm making more from curations weekly than from posting; however, I've been a buzzy little sloth this week, so hopefully next week will show an increase in earnings from posting. That was one of the main reasons the SlothBuzz team decided to run the SlothlySavers club. We know how it can motivate even the slothlyist sloths to keep their buzz alive!
I think I'm going to have to rework my Hive-engine token strategy if I want to maximise my success with HP savings. Currently, I tend just to stake more Hive-engine tokens; it might be time to fire up HiveGadgets and see if I can cash in any Hive-engine tokens!

Sloth and steady wins the race, those earnings should compound over the year and push me towards my goals! I just need to keep the buzz going and not let the sloth take over, too much!
