A lack of buzz or just a Sloth? Hive dilemmas and slothly savings!
Good evening buzzers! Happy... Thursday already?!?! I just realised I hadn't done my Saturday Savings post from last week. In fact, I haven't posted anything since Friday! My last post was my slothbuzz power up day, which I had to force the sloth into action to produce. However, there were Hive engine issues, so things didn't go to plan.
Much like this evening, I wanted to get a buzz on and play catch up with Hive, which I usually do. But my internet had other ideas, and it was a sloth process to even get to the point of creating this post! I still have to do my rounds and all the other stuff that comes with trying to be active on Hive. Voting/commenting/trading etc!
All this made me think. What gives me the buzz to hive, or lack of buzz, as the case may be? It's a sloth life, after all! Obviously, when Hive itself runs into issues, this gives a nice excuse as to not having to post, but what stops me all the other days? Is there too much pressure to create 'good' content? Am I too deep in my head and talking myself out of it? It seems to me the more I 'need' to post, the less I 'want' to post.
In the grand scheme of things, I want to post pretty often. I don't always have much to talk about, but I can always find something if I want to. You know, like spamming some Splinterlands posts or some other worthless content that no one really reads but votes for anyway. When the 'need' comes into it, it becomes harder to find the buzz to want to do it! Am I making sense to you? I'm not sure I'm making sense to myself right now! Either way, I'm here, Sloth and steady, finding my buzz again to get me through!
Onto the savings! I will make a 'best guess' at my balances from last Saturday to leave room to post again this Saturday. Content is king, right?

Unfortunately the inner sloth becomes my outer persona more often than I'd like. I embrace it when it's here, then make myself feel bad for not shaking it and finding my buzz! Which in turn leads me to feeling bad for slothin when I should be buzzing. Then I know I need to buzz but refuse because I've piled up too much to do whilst slothing, so the only thing for it is to welcome the sloth again...it's a never ending cycle!
Did I say !SLOTH enough there? Maybe I just need a !HUG! Either way you get a couple of upvotes for commenting !LOLZ

Don't stress too much on the "making it good". Be yourself and write about things you care. You will find your audience.
In German community there's someone posting almost daily about his job and society. Seldom any pictures, no dividers/headers or anything. But he got his readers and corresponging likes.
Recently I came across a nice quote reading a book. "If everyone likes you, noone takes you serious"
Don't force yourself to post. Write because you want to. And then just write.
Yeah i noticed the German audience seems to be rather more engaged with each other, great to see. Maybe I need to learn some German haha!
I tend to write when I want to, the need normally comes with pushing the slothbuzz community stuff. As much as I enjoy doing it, it's easy to let it feel like I have to do things instead of enjoying just doing them. There's a fine balance for sure! Sloth and steady does it as always!
This week is a real slothy week. Hope the weekend will getting a bit more buzzing 🤣
