For testing, yes. After 3-7 days of testing (and things are working well)we will switch it to be based on HP delegations. We are testing" tokens held" because that is the default. We want it to run smoothly before adding the complication of adjusting the code(so we know what's broken when we switch it). One it switches to delegation based it will be one call a day per 25 HP delegated. We found the bug and (fingers crossed)it should be fixed and running smoothly alter today including retroactively responding to the calls from the past few days. Right now the bot is a few days behind in terms of blocks processed but previous calls should be processed once it catches up. I will post an official update soon and go into more detail.
