Now that it seems like the Creative Coin Community — and therewith the importance of the Creative Coin token (CCC) — is under new management and becoming more active, I'm in the process of increasing my holdings.
I have always felt that Creative Expression in its many forms would offer an important counterpoint to more technical and crypto-oriented content in our community, and if Hive were to truly start appealing to a broader audience, creative arts would be a great starting point.
Besides, I'm a firm believer in the idea that artists and creatives should have a home and feel welcome on the blockchain!
(Mostly putting this post here for my own record keeping, so I can come back to this milestone in the future)
Anyway, the Dad-Hooman and I found a little spare money today and got it sent to Bittrex, then turned into Hive tokens and transferred in.
Then we sent it to Hive-Engine and bought some CCC tokens!
Next step was to stake the whole bunch of them:
So, after all is said and done, my CCC stake is now a little over 59,000 tokens, another step on the way to my goal of having 100,000 CCC staked!
With this latest purchase, it appears I have just moved into the top-20 largest stake holders. This is not the overall "richlist," just the listing by staked tokens:
On a different front, I have been trying my best to keep up with curating an assortment of creativity related posts... and that has been going pretty well.
Looking forward to more, and hopefully to finding a little more time to publish my own posts!
Thanks for stopping by!
