Trees dogs and ponies on smash 369

Hello Hello shadow hunters and hello hello to all you sunny positive people of the wonderful Hive blockchain.....
Spring arrived here in April and up until today which brought rain it has been a sunny April.
Over the weekend we got some walks in on the beach and inland too. These shots are in the woods to and from Raith Lake in Kirkcaldy.
You take the high road and I'll take the low road...
When I get to this junction I am always reminded of this line from the folk Loch Lomond
Which is one of the biggest lochs in Scotland.
Perhaps you have heard of Lomond in the news this week...
A Scottish boarding school will accept payments of school fees in the cryptocurrency Bitcoin.
Lomond School in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute - which charges up to £38,000 per year - has announced it will accept payments of school fees in the cryptocurrency Bitcoin
It said the move came after requests from some parents.
Helensburgh is on the west coast of Scotland and where my cousins live. I used to play rugby against Lomond and they were pretty crap.
I wonder if this is kids being sent there from the ill-gotten gains of crypto scams by their parents.

This was one of two ponies that graze in the field by this path.
This time of year when the trees are still pretty bare makes for great shadows that you can actually see of the trees.

I think this looks like an upturned hand in the lower left of the picture.
I can see something in anything I think!
But now, decisions, decisions, decisions!
Yes it's that time for me to choose my entry picture!

That was another tough choice, which always seems I have to make with my shadows posts!
Actually I pretty much knew that would be the one I would choose before I wrote this post.
It just captures that wee bit more of an imagination twist, and your attention is drawn to the corner with shadows!
After all we are shadow hunting, and that should be the focus of the picture!
I never know which picture to choose as the entry, and these ones are quite varied to say the least!
What do you think? Did I pick the suitable one, or would you have chosen another one?

Nicely done, and it looks like the green is coming back with a vengeance! It's nice they can pay with crypto, and most of us with crypto are honest, it the few bad eggs that make us all look bad. Like in my post, I mentioned the guy who bought a black diamond for $4.3 million in cryptocurrency that he misappropriated from PulseChain investors.
I hope spring is there to stay, it should look beautiful with green trees in just a few weeks!
Yeah the green comes on in leaps and bounds now. Blink and the trees will be in full foilage!
Yeah those bad eggs don't care. A bit like here, and they do it as long as they can get away with it.

I believe that corruption exists in many areas! I remember that scandal at a prestigious university in the United States. The detail that now we are talking about Bitcoin. I liked all the photos, especially the one of the dog among the trees. A hug, Ed

Nice photo of shadows! You have a fat brain. It does make you wonder about the parents requesting that option. You've got a point about the potential source of these crypto payments, definitely something to think about.

Beautiful environment and nice shot. That entry photo looks a bit a setting, as if the shadows were crawling to catch the trees 😅

I'm looking forward to the weather getting nicer so my wife and I can get out and do some walking. This looks like a beautiful path.
Oh fingers crossed you get some. Ours has taken a turn and been raining on and off which is a shame as our annual fairground market on the esplanade starts tomorrow until Easter Monday.
That's too bad. Markets are fun. We have some plans this weekend too and we are waiting now to see what happens with the weather.
