Perth Salmon Run SMASh Scotland

Hello Hello Hivians

A blue sky in Scotland makes for some awesome shadows especially when you are beside a river!

As you can see from the Infographic above we are in the perfect location of Perth on the East of Scotland.

The river flowing is the river Tay.

Apart from it being a large and long river here in Scotland, it is one of the world's best fishing spots for Salmon...

As you can see it was a nice sunny late summer's day and apart from the wifey with the blue rinse hair it would have been perfect for taking perfect pictures in the perfect location!

I did have a quick sitdown and it was quite comfy. Sometimes you don't know with these functional art pieces...

But this one passed the test for me.

Follow the road to the left and you will eventually end up in Edinburgh.

Salmon Run

So I did a wee bit of digging and found out the sculpture was commissioned by Perth and Kinross Council and was created by Lee Brewster and Jill Brewster.

It is called Salmon Run and constructed of Stainless Steel

What are those people looking at?

The River Tay

Yes this is what they are looking at and hence the connection for the sculpture titled Salmon Run

I think it was a fun and practical piece of street art... What did you think?

But now, decisions, decisions, decisions!

Yes it's that time for me to choose my entry picture!

So here 👇👇👇 is my entry for Show Me A Shadow - Round 394

There was a few to choose from. Blue haired wife just made an appearance. I decided to have the full Salmon Run in the picture and not just a few salmon!
