Walking, stretching, and shadows. Entry for the Shadow Contest/SMASh #408 (ESP/ENG)

Hola, comunidad de #shadowhunters. Trayéndoles de nuevo una publicación de sombras para participar en la versión #408 del #contest #SMASh.

Uno de mis objetivos para este año es mejorar mi actividad física. Para lograrlo, estoy aplicando varias cosas; una de ellas es salir a caminar y realizar un recorrido de más de 1 hora o un poco más.

Durante estas caminatas, me acompaña mi prima pequeña. Me gusta llevarla para que también se mantenga activa y entienda la importancia de estar en el exterior. Ella adora salir y explorar los barrios cercanos; le gusta mucho salir a caminar y estar fuera de la casa.

En el recorrido que hacemos hay una banca o silla, donde solemos sentarnos a descansar un momento y tomar agua. Mi primita se puso a payasear y aproveché para tomarle unas fotos a las sombras que se formaban.

Ella se pone hiperactiva y provoca momentos muy graciosos. Estas fotos son el producto de querer estirar y jugar estando aún sentada, donde termino viendo las sombras que forma con ello.

Espero poder seguir compartiéndoles fotos de los lugares que explore en mis caminatas.

Hello, #shadowhunters community. Bringing you another shadow post to participate in version #408 of the #SMASh #contest.

One of my goals for this year is to improve my physical activity. To achieve this, I am doing several things; one of them is going for walks and walking for over an hour or a little longer.

My little cousin accompanies me on these walks. I like to take her with me so that she also stays active and understands the importance of being outdoors. She loves going out and exploring the nearby neighborhoods; she really enjoys going for walks and being outside.

On our route, there is a bench or chair where we usually sit down to rest for a moment and drink some water. My little cousin started clowning around, and I took the opportunity to take some pictures of the shadows that were forming.

She becomes hyperactive and causes some very funny moments. These photos are the result of wanting to stretch and play while still sitting down, where I end up seeing the shadows she creates.

I hope to continue sharing photos of the places I explore on my walks with you.
