Making Leaders of Tomorrow- Who is Responsible?

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog it's children's day on the 27th of May thanks for having a topic regarding them in the community.
Sincerely this topic is one we need to ask parents individually for their opinion.
In time pass there's this saying I hear.
" It's one person that gives birth to a child but it's the community that trains that child"

In other words that child can be corrected by anyone on the community and back then every family will tell their children to be mindful of the way the behave outside the house.

But today you can't correct a child in public as the times aren't like before as that child will respond back to you rudely.

What has gone wrong where did they miss it.
So what is the role of parents
And what is the now role of the society in making Leaders of tomorrow.

Parents should install respect into their children. There's another saying that goes thus.

" A good name is far better than rubies"

Parents should ensure that their children respect those that are older than them and install life's value in their children.

Parents should Let them know the children that life is what you do repected.

If you don't push for success and achievements you will not be leader of tomorrow.

There's is still hope the society can still be involved as the parents can do it all by themselves.

Moral support and values can be reinstalled for there to be hope for the future of the children. Yes times are changing but for the sake making good furtue leader's there has to be a collaborative effort of both parties coming together to create an effective programme that will help the child. One the will groom them and make them a better version of themselves for a better tomorrow ☺️. Happy Children's day to our future leaders may we live to see greatness in our country.
